Shipping, Returns, and commission policies
 

Returns: Returns are accepted only if you receive the wrong item or if the item has been damaged. Refunds are only given on the return of the item to Elegant Gore. If you have any issues with the item you have received, please contact me at ElegantGore@gmail.com

Exchanges: In the case of an exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item in addition to any excess cost of the new item.

Commissions: Commissions require a down payment of 50% prior to acceptance of the order. Remaining payment is due prior to delivery of the finished piece.
